an e-mail is automatically send to Scout7's respective International and UK Database Managers, who can then undertake the required research for the ProScout7 user before reporting back to them with their findings.
The new module provides ProScout7 club users with a new and efficient way to request information and each request remains confidential between the user and Scout7.
Scout7's Simon Davison believes this new solution brings a new dimension to the Scout7 service and allows users to request information quickly and simply from anywhere in the world.
He explains: "One of the best features of the ProScout7 solution is that it is accessible anywhere in the world online.
"This enables scouts to login and enter their player and match reports from abroad directly into their club system.
"What was harder for them to do was get in direct contact with us if they needed further information on any players, unless they contacted us by telephone which is always not easy with the time differences on different continents.
"But now, they can simply contact us through this new module which instantly generates an e-mail through to our full-time research team, who can then use our various global researchers from around the world to find out the information on their behalf.
"This greatly improves the communication between us and our clients and further enhances the quality and depth of the Scout7 service."
The new information feature has already been available to ProScout7 users for the past four weeks and Davison believes early indications show the solution is already a resounding success.
"On almost a daily basis, we have been inundated with requests from club users across Europe for additional information and each request has been turned around as quick as possible.
"The feedback we have had as been very positive so far and we hope to continue to provide each user with the various information they need on each player in the coming weeks and months as they get used to using the new functionality."
