Introducing Scout7 Training Webinars

As Support Manager at Scout7, I am always looking for new and innovative ways to help our users around in the world get the most out of the technology available to them.

Together with my colleagues in Germany, the UK and around Europe, we go to great lengths to ensure that we are on hand seven days a week, fifty-two weeks of the year, because we know just how important it can be for you to speak to someone when you require assistance to enter or review information quickly.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that one of the new initiatives we are introducing for 2017 is the launch of regular monthly webinars, which will be available exclusively to system users who are interested in knowing more about specific features available across our platforms.

Whilst we try to arrange regular training days for staff at our client clubs throughout the year, dozens of new user logins are created each week for our clients and we realise that in many cases, a lot of these people will not have used our platforms before. Therefore we hope that these webinars will help these people navigate through our systems.

Each webinar will be hosted by a member of our support team and will be restricted to a maximum of 10 people, who will be able to sign-up to sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. The first three webinars are going to be scheduled in late February and will focus on the entry of scouting reports into the Intelligent Sports Framework (ISF). In addition to watching a full step-by-step demonstration, there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions too.

Following these initial sessions, we will publish a full schedule of webinars taking place later on in the spring, hosted in various different languages. We are also open to organising club-specific webinars, so if senior club staff would like us to provide training to their new users on their bespoke platforms, they can speak to their account manager.
