Established in 2006 with the support of FIFA, the Professional Football Players' Observatory (PFPO) and is a joint collaboration between the International Center for Sports Studies (CIES), which is based in Switzerland, and the Université of Franche-Comté in France. Each year they publish an Annual Review of the Football Players' Labour Market, which focuses on international recruitment and player mobility for individual teams and collective top-flight leagues in five countries: - England, France, Spain, Germany and Italy. As part of our collaboration, Scout7 client clubs will be able to request migration reports based on their own specific recruitment requirements from the PFPO throughout the season.
