All player data is calendar-driven and is saved centrally in the player's own personal player record and is accessed via a secure, robust and centralised system on the internet, which allows all data to be accessed remotely by authorised club staff, whether working from the stadium, the training ground, at home or whilst travelling.
Ultimately, this corroboration results in a ‘passport' or ‘log-book' for each player, defining his progress throughout his time at the club.
Empowering Youth Team Coaches
One of the key modules of PROSQUAD7 is the Match Report facility which gives each Youth Team Head Coach the ability to file a report on every player after each game. Over a short-period of time, this simple process provides a wealth of detail on each player, their progress (or lack of) and the Coach's plans for their future development.
A fully-developed Coaching Sessions module also allows each coach to log every single training session that takes place throughout the season - listing all attendees, specific drills, tests undertaken and the time duration.
In addition, the Squad Management module gives Coaches the ability to place players on-screen within a formation and rating their current performance - again providing a key feed of information to senior staff.
Academy Recruitment Management at all Levels
As well as managing all information for the club's various age groups, the academy's recruitment department can manage all regional scouting information for local players and teams they are monitoring.
Local scouts have the facility to input individual player reports and collective team assessments on every game they attend for any age group, whether it be school, district or club level.
Fixtures and results for each league can also be managed internally by the club, where they are presented in league tables and also highlight the number of times each team has been watched by the club throughout the season.
Medical Data
PROSQUAD7 incorporates a comprehensive medical module, which enables a club's medical department to manage archive records and ongoing injury and rehabilitation for each registered player.
Clubs can implement their own specific injury programmes into the system and attach external documents, such as doctor reports and x-ray images to a specific Player Record'.
