Originally launched in 2007, TEAM ACADEMY PRO is a web-based application for the development and management of youth players at professional Academies and Centres of Excellence.

Team Academy Pro allows staff within the club's youth department to log all key Administration information for both registered players and trialists. This includes Key Contact, Accommodation, Education and Medical details.
The solution's sophisticated import facilities allows data from local applications to be uploaded straight to each individual record, whilst forms that require to be submitted to various governing bodies can be submitted automatically.
In addition to all player data, Team Academy Pro allows the club to manage all staff administration, including qualifications and full employment details. System access levels for each member of staff can also be amended by the club based on the specifics of their role.
Communication
Team Academy Pro's pioneering Communication facilities enhance the club's correspondence with each youth team squad and their key contacts. Time critical information can be relayed en mass by SMS and Email platforms, meaning messages can be picked up within seconds of being sent.
Players and parents also have access to a public online calendar and bulletin board, where the club can post details of all upcoming events involving their various squads.
Advanced mail-merge facilities within the solution enables the club to create CSV documents for distribution to personal, accommodation or school addresses for each squad member. As well as creating details for merges, address labels can also be created using the module.
Development
Team Academy Pro incorporates various assessment templates for player and match reports respectively. Fitness and physiological analysis can be managed via a Sports Science module, where each individual player can be ranked by their coaches on various criteria.
A number of these assessment templates incorporate pioneering Digital Pen technology, that allows data from paper forms to be transmitted directly into the application, saving coaches considerable time manually inputting information into the system.
Managing Treatment and Consultation Plans
The club's medical staff can use the Medical module for managing Consultations and Treatment plans, which incorporate diagram facilities to highlight key aspects of specific plans, and a facility to upload external documents to a player's medical record.
Regular development updates can also be created through Team Academy Pro for parents, ensuring they are fully aware of their children's progress within the club and crucially, details of any medical and treatment consultations they should be aware of.
Coaching
Coaching plans can be created, stored and managed within Team Academy Pro. Each plan can be assigned to specific training sessions, allowing the club to build a complete training programme for all levels of the Academy.
Fixtures and Squad Selection for specific matches can also be administered through the application and relayed through to players and parents using the online bulletin board and SMS facilities. Injured players are automatically left out of correspondence, if they are unavailable to take part.
